High platform hard sealed ball valve is a type of valve characterized by the use of spheres as closing and opening components. This type of valve achieves the opening and closing function of the valve by rotating the ball around the centerline within the structure of the valve body design. High platform ball valves mainly play a role in quickly cutting off, diverting, and changing the flow direction of media in pipelines. Due to its spherical closure and opening components, it experiences relatively less resistance and fluid resistance compared to other valves. Additionally, its structure is simple and lightweight. The sealing pair of the hard sealed ball valve (i.e. the sealing surface of the valve seat and the sealing surface of the ball) is paired with metal to metal materials. This structural form is divided into floating ball type and fixed ball type, and the connection forms include flange connection, welding connection, and threaded connection. ‌
